1. Shipping Method & Costs

  • Shipping Method: Standard Ground Shipping (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Shipping Cost: We offer Complimentary Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

  • Currency: All prices and shipping rates are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

To ensure your items reach you in perfect condition, we follow a strict processing and transit schedule:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time.

    • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

  • Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 4 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days.

Please note: Our warehouse operates from Tuesday to Saturday. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipping Area

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States (Domestic Shipping only). We do not offer international shipping, nor do we ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO) at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email.

5. Address Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a package is in transit, we are unable to redirect or cancel the shipment.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@kleankrowd.com with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
