1. Where do you ship?
We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Do you charge for shipping?
Not at all! Shipping is always free on every order—no minimum purchase required.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Here’s how that breaks down:

Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your sandals, skirts, or bags are on their way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please reach out to us immediately at support@kleankrowd.com. While we’ll do our absolute best to catch it, we cannot guarantee changes once the processing phase has begun.
6. What is your return policy?
We want you to love what you ordered. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the return is due to a change of heart or ordering the wrong size/style.
