Refund policy

At kleankrowd, we want you to shop with absolute confidence. Whether it’s a pair of sandals that didn't fit or a bag that wasn't what you expected, our 30-day return policy is designed to be straightforward and transparent.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return. Requests submitted after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility (Conditions)

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged after delivery.

3. Return Process

We accept returns by mail only. To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us: Contact support@kleankrowd.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Review: Our team will respond within 24 business hours (Monday – Friday) with the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Ship: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective or Incorrect Products (Damaged/Wrong Item): If the return is due to our error (you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), kleankrowd will cover the full cost of return shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind/Wrong Size): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the color wasn't as expected, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

  • For exchange: The customer is responsible, but send us an email with the motivation so we can see what is possible.

Please note: We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

5. Fees

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • Transaction Fees: There are no additional hidden charges for processing a return.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days of arrival):

  1. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund is approved.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

  3. Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

7. Order Cancellations

Due to our fast processing times (1-3 business days), we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order is placed. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours. If the order has already been processed, you will need to follow the return process above once the item arrives.
